Dr. Cassandra D. Caldwell is an internationally renowned and highly requested trainer, facilitator and consultant. She has helped public and private sector clients conquer organizational challenges for over 23 years. Her areas of expertise include: leadership development, nonprofit management, workforce diversity & inclusion, organizational development, community development, education (early childhood, secondary, and higher) and human resources. She uses her certifications in Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitation, Center for Creative Leadership Assessments Facilitation, and Creative Training Techniques to provide customized consulting, training, and facilitation to local, state, national and international organizations.

As part of her organizational research and development firm, Caldwell and Associates, Inc., she had an established international public and private sector client base including: The United Negro College Fund Special Programs, North Carolina Partnership for Children (Smart Start), The National Urban League, NCR, the U. S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, TNS, N.C.
